mosaïc (“the Service”) is a web-based meditation application operated by Supaflow UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ackergasse 8, 67482 Freimersheim, Germany (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Service generates personalized daily meditation audio sessions based on user-defined intentions, leveraging artificial intelligence to tailor content to each individual user.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We recommend reading these terms in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The Service is provided solely for the purpose of personal meditation and mindfulness practice. You agree to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with reasonable and responsible use.
The Service does not constitute medical advice, therapy, or treatment for any mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your contact information current.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and without prior notice, in particular in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or conduct that we reasonably deem harmful to the Service or other users. This right shall be exercised especially, but not exclusively, in cases of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 5.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The pricing applicable to you is the pricing in effect at the time of your subscription purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, including but not limited to situations where underlying technology costs, infrastructure expenses, or the economic viability of the project necessitate such changes. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes.
If you do not agree with a price adjustment, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Cancellation is available at any time through your account settings.
Discount codes and promotional offers are provided on an “as-is” basis for a limited or open-ended period. We reserve the right to revoke the validity of any discount code at any time without notice. Subscriptions already purchased using a valid discount code will continue to honor the discounted pricing for the duration of that billing cycle.
Content you create or upload through the Service (e.g., intentions, session feedback) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal content to third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including but not limited to code, design, branding, generated audio content, and AI models — are owned by Supaflow UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
AI-generated meditation content is created algorithmically and may not be suitable for all individuals. Use the Service at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supaflow UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Landau in der Pfalz, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
These Partner Terms apply to individuals and entities who enter into a partnership, affiliate, or collaboration arrangement with Supaflow UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in connection with the mosaïc application. These terms supplement and incorporate the User Terms of Service above.
mosaïc partnerships are designed as long-term collaborations with selected instructors, coaches, and mentors. Each partnership is individually onboarded under a separate term sheet that reflects the specific needs and goals of both parties.
No partnership arrangement is effective until a term sheet has been signed by both parties. Submission of a partner application does not constitute a binding agreement.
The mosaïc application, including all code, design assets, branding, AI models, generated content, and related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Supaflow UG (haftungsbeschränkt). No partnership arrangement transfers any ownership rights, licenses, or claims to any intellectual property of the Service to the partner.
Partners may incorporate ideas, feedback, and feature suggestions. We welcome and encourage this collaboration; however, we are under no obligation to implement any suggestions, and any features developed from partner input remain our intellectual property.
Partners earn a recurring revenue share for each subscriber who joins through their referral. The specific revenue share percentage and payment terms are defined in each partner’s individual term sheet.
Both parties commit to integrating appropriate tracking technology to accurately attribute sign-ups and subscription revenue generated through each partner’s community.
All user data — including personal data, usage data, and any content created or uploaded by users — is exclusively controlled by Supaflow UG (haftungsbeschränkt). User data is not disclosed to, accessible by, or shared with partners under any circumstances. Partners may only receive aggregated, anonymized performance metrics (e.g., referral counts, conversion rates) as defined in their term sheet.
We strive to build an environment where our closest partners can contribute to the development of the Service. Partners may suggest features, provide feedback from their community, and collaborate on product improvements. All development decisions, timelines, and priorities remain at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to follow any partner demands or implement any specific features.
We reserve the right to modify the Service, its features, and pricing at any time. We will provide partners with reasonable notice of changes that materially affect their partnership arrangement.
Either party may terminate a partnership arrangement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual term sheet. In the absence of specific termination provisions, either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
By applying for or entering into a partnership, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, that you will promote the Service honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws (including advertising disclosure requirements), and that you will not make claims about the Service that are misleading, unsubstantiated, or inconsistent with our official communications.
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The governing law and jurisdiction provisions of the User Terms of Service (Section I.13) apply equally to these Partner Terms.
